Our history goes back to 1650 and Shipbuilding in Langesund. Now Agility is a renowned manufacturer of subsea manifolds and structures, with a rich history in the offshore market. With a unique, long-term relationship to a leading subsea technology provider, we have been an integral part of our main customer's supply chain since 1992, and our experience in the industry dates back to 1982.

While our primary market has traditionally been Europe, our reach spans the globe, with projects delivered across Africa, Canada, the USA, Brazil, Australia, and Asia. This global presence reflects the trust placed in us by our customers, built on a foundation of strong, collaborative relationships with both customers and suppliers.
Our team of approximately 80 employees operates out of our headquarters and production facilities in Skien, enabling us to meet project timelines and exceed expectations.
Our history stretches back a long way, with many successful projects completed in close collaboration with clients and suppliers. We have delivered over 500 structures globally and are involved with the major players in the subsea industry. Agility is a trusted partner, recognised for our quality in everything we do.
Our projects have been delivered to the Norwegian continental shelf, the British continental shelf, Canada, the Gulf of Mexico, Africa, the Caspian region, Asia, and Australia.
At the same time, we are exploring several renewable sectors and are confident that Agility has a role to play in this field going forward. With our highly skilled workforce, good facilities, and extensive knowledge in subsea fabrication and pipeline welding, we are well-prepared for the future.
Our typical process involves prefabrication and assembly of piping at our facilities in Skien. For steel structures, we have in-house capabilities and facilities to fabricate medium-sized steel structures. For larger steel deliveries, fabrication may be carried out by one of our main shareholders, Westcon Helgeland, located in Northern Norway, depending on project requirements and available capacity. We also collaborate with selected subcontractors when required to meet specific project needs and capacities.
