Our Story.

A Trusted Partner in Subsea Technology

Our history goes back to 1650 and Shipbuilding in Langesund. Now Agility is a renowned manufacturer of subsea manifolds and structures, with a rich history in the offshore market. With a unique, long-term relationship to a leading subsea technology provider, we have been an integral part of our main customer's supply chain since 1992, and our experience in the industry dates back to 1982.

Quality is at the core of everything we do at Agility.

We take pride in being one of the few companies capable of delivering to the strictest industry requirements. Our commitment to excellence has solidified our position as a trusted and preferred partner in the subsea sector.

While Europe has been our primary market, our reach extends far beyond its borders. Our products have found their way into projects across Africa, Canada, the USA, Brazil, Australia, and Asia. This global presence is a testament to the trust our clients place in our expertise and the exceptional quality of our deliverables.

At Agility, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and suppliers. We foster a close, professional customer relationship that ensures effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Our aim is to understand our clients' unique needs and provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.

With a dedicated team of approximately 110 employees, our head office and production facilities are strategically located in Skien, while we also have production facilities in Tønsberg. This setup enables us to efficiently serve our clients and meet their project timelines.

As a company, we strive to be more than just a manufacturer. We aim to be a partner you can rely on, offering technical expertise, innovative solutions, and unparalleled customer service. Our team of skilled professionals works diligently to ensure that our products are of the highest quality, built to withstand the demanding conditions of the subsea environment.

“Our core business is processing plants that stand on the seabed. Going forward, we want to use the expertise we have to do other projects, including those related to offshore wind and other renewable energy. We are also looking at the possibility of creating carbon capture facilities on land.”
