Successful Completion of Manifold Project for Tortue Field
We are pleased to announce the completion of a significant project for Baker & Hughes at the Tortue field, off the coast of Mauritania and Senegal. This undertaking is a key part of our ongoing contributions to the offshore industry.
We’ve completed the delivery of a 118-tonne manifold to the Tortue field, operated by the renowned energy company BP. This manifold, an essential component of the field's infrastructure, was prepared for deployment at our Røra facility, with a significant portion of the piping work conducted in-house.
The project, led by our project manager Kjell Sudenius, was a collaborative effort with Ekstrand AS, who supplied the manifold structure. It was accomplished to a high standard, as indicated by the perfect HES score, signifying no recorded injuries during the project. This contributes to our record of 2 years and 10 months without a Lost Time Injury (LTI).
This milestone demonstrates our ability to meet the high-quality expectations of our clients. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our team members for their dedication and hard work, which were crucial to the success of this project.
We also appreciate the opportunity to have worked with Baker & Hughes on this project. This collaboration has not only showcased our technical skills and commitment to safety but also strengthened our position as a reliable partner in the offshore industry.
We are excited about future projects and remain committed to upholding standards of innovation and quality in the industry.
