Safety Philosophy.
Our objective is to carry out all activities in our companies without negative exposure to health and the working environment, injuries to staff or damage to equipment, materials, facilities or the external environment (zero tolerance).
To ensure safety, we conduct risk analyses to identify hazards related to our facilities and work activities. This helps us develop work methods and procedures that systematically prevent injuries and damage. These methods are regularly checked through audits and inspections. Any non-compliance is reported and addressed with corrective actions. In cases of serious or repeated violations of our best practice rules, disciplinary measures may be considered. We have a zero-tolerance policy for serious breaches of key safety rules.
Our safety approach centres on people, recognising that health is a person’s most valuable asset. Health, safety, and the environment (HSE) are core priorities in our company.
These principles guide our approach to safety.
When planning and executing work, measures must be in place to ensure no risk to life or health.
Every worker must always take the time to work safely.
For industry or offshore work, at least two people must be present, except during service tasks.
Any incidents, injuries, or accidents must lead to corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Safety takes priority over production and is integrated into daily tasks.
Line management is responsible for overseeing and following up on safety activities each day.
Every worker is accountable for following procedures, instructions, and best practice rules.
Workers must also protect the environment by considering the impact of their activities.
