Øystein Matre is the CEO of Westcon Yards. He has extensive leadership experience and has played a key role in the growth and development of Westcon Group. Matre has also been actively involved in strategic acquisitions, including Westcon’s acquisition of Agility AS. As Chair of the Board at Agility, he provides strategic direction and industry insight.

Head of Subsea at Westcon Yards. He has played a key role in strengthening Westcon’s position in the market and has been involved in major subsea projects.

CEO of Westcon Helgeland with extensive experience in industrial and shipyard operations. Has held several leadership roles in the repair and maintenance of vessels and offshore installations.

CEO of Beyonder. She has extensive leadership experience from roles such as EVP Operations at FREYR, EVP at Moreld, and CEO at Agility Subsea Fabrication AS. She holds an MSc in Material Science & Engineering from NTH and has 20 years of experience in various leadership roles at Hydro.

Operations Controller at Westcon Helgeland. She holds a Master’s in Maritime Management, a degree in Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Business Law and Economics.

HSE inspector at Agility. He is also heading the union “FLT” (Forbundet for Ledelse og Teknikk). Arve has been employed in the company since 1989.

Senior Warehouse Operator at Agility. He has been employed in the mechanical industry at Kaldnes since 1981 and has experienced several changes in company ownership.
