Moreld Group Completes Sale of Moreld Origo to HIMA Group

In a strategic move, Moreld Group has finalized the sale of its subsidiary, Moreld Origo, to HIMA Group, marking a significant step in the global expansion of both entities.

It has been confirmed that the Moreld Group has completed the sale of our sister company, Moreld Origo, to HIMA Group. The agreement, signed on January 8th, officially came into effect on January 31st.

Formerly owned by Moreld and Aker Capital, Moreld Origo is a provider of safety, automation, and instrumentation systems for the monitoring, control, and protection of both offshore and land-based facilities. The company has also specialized in complete SCADA systems for the wind industry and has represented HIMA exclusively in Norway for over 20 years.

The sale will not result in any changes to the operations of Moreld Agility.
