Significant Changes in the Moreld Group - An Update for Our Stakeholders

Moreld Agility AS wishes to inform our stakeholders and partners about recent structural changes within the Moreld Group.

There has been a significant transaction where McIntyre Partners have entered into an agreement to purchase three companies within the Moreld Group. This agreement includes Moreld Apply, Moreld Ross Offshore, and Moreld Global Marine.

We emphasise that Moreld Agility AS, along with several other companies within the Moreld group, is not part of this transaction. Therefore, our ownership structure remains unchanged. Our customers and partners can expect the same level of commitment and service as before.

This sale also includes the naming rights to "Moreld", and as a consequence of this, the company name of Moreld Agility AS will eventually change. We will ensure a seamless transition and will keep all our partners informed about this process.
